Yesterday, I hung 21 paintings at Beavercreek Pizza Dive. The photo above is of a sample of those 21 paintings. As I stood back to look at the overall arrangement, I quickly noticed that on an orange wall all those white price tags became the focal point. The plan was for people to enjoy my art not my price tags. I decided to take action. After visiting Target (best price by far), Staples, and Office Depot, I found a solution. Avery makes "easy peel" clear address labels that you customize on your home computer and print. Squint at the two photos below if you want to really see the difference.
I've seen those clear labels used before, and I agree that they make a wonderful difference. Your beautiful paintings really take the spotlight... not the title blocks!
